Initiate Vitality began with a shared conviction: that people deserve more than prescriptions and surface-level solutions—they deserve tools, space, and support to restore their energy and thrive.
That belief brought Jerry Ta and Jing Yuan together—not just as co-founders, but as two individuals whose personal journeys through health challenges, high-performance careers, and a relentless drive for self-improvement led them to the same conclusion: vitality isn’t a luxury. It’s a necessity.
After attending a Tony Robbins health retreat, Jerry began transforming his own life through practices like juicing, colon hydrotherapy, and infrared therapy—strategies that made a real difference where conventional medicine hadn’t. Jing, a seasoned pharmacist with over 15 years in healthcare, felt the same pull toward a more proactive, lifestyle-based approach. The alignment was instant.
With backgrounds in clinical care, business, and personal development, they launched Initiate Vitality with one goal: To create a performance-focused wellness clinic that delivers science-backed, results-driven services—like IV hydration, colonic therapy, and metabolic support—to help people feel strong, clear, and fully alive.

Jing Joseph Yuan, PharmD
Jing is a licensed pharmacist with over 15 years of clinical experience and a lifelong commitment to health, nutrition, and performance-driven living. As Co-founder of Initiate Vitality, Houston’s destination for IV hydration and colonic hydrotherapy, Jing blends professional expertise with a personal passion for helping others feel and function at their best.
A graduate of Texas Tech University’s School of Pharmacy, Jing has led high-performing pharmacy teams across Texas, delivering exceptional patient care, managing multi-site operations, and personally administering more than 20,000 immunizations. He’s built trusted relationships with patients and providers, earning a reputation for precision, leadership, and compassion.
Outside of pharmacy, Jing has successfully navigated real estate ventures and served as an adjunct faculty member, guiding the next generation of healthcare professionals.
The vision for Initiate Vitality was sparked after an immersive Tony Robbins experience that reignited Jing’s belief in proactive, lifestyle-based care. Partnering with Jerry Ta, he launched Initiate Vitality to create a space where science-backed wellness services empower clients to take control of their health and longevity.
Grounded in experience and driven by personal discipline, Jing is focused on helping others restore energy, elevate performance, and reclaim the vitality they were meant to live with.

Jerry has built his career on helping people make smart, strategic decisions—first as a CPA, then as a real estate broker and entrepreneur. He’s no stranger to discipline, systems, and results. But when it came to his own health, he found himself stuck in a cycle of prescriptions, vague advice, and chronic pain that only got worse with age.
Gut issues. Acid reflux. Body aches. Low energy. The slow grind of getting older hit hard—and the solutions didn’t go deep enough.
In 2021, Jerry traveled all the way to Fiji to attend a Tony Robbins health retreat—searching for something better. There, he was introduced to a different way of approaching health: one built around vitality, not just symptom management. Pressed juices, colon hydrotherapy, infrared sauna, PEMF therapy—these weren’t just wellness trends. They became tools of transformation.
By putting his health first and applying what he learned, Jerry didn’t just feel “better.” He felt stronger, clearer, more alive. That shift sparked the vision for Initiate Vitality, which he co-founded with Jing Yuan—another passionate advocate for holistic healing and optimized living.
Together, they built a clinic designed to help others unlock the energy, clarity, and confidence they didn’t think was possible.
